The Space:
Enjoy our brand-new townhome (completed and furnished May 2025!). Features an open living area, full kitchen, and half bath downstairs with bedroom and full bathroom upstairs. Note: the bedroom has no door, making this ideal for couples or close travel companions.

Your private backyard includes a hot tub fill with Truth or Consequences' famous natural hot springs water, surrounded by an 8ft privacy fence. Relax on the loungers perfect for basking in the desert sun or stargazing under clear New Mexico skies.

Guest Access:
Guest's have full, private, exclusive access to the townhome and backyard. There is a large parking area in front of the townhome.

Other things to note:
Since the hot tub is fed by natural hot springs water it is normal to see some sediment in the bottom of the tub. The water is fresh and clean and changed out between every stay.
