Room comfortable, although the steps down to the bathroom were a poor design. Location excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Was able to park out front (low season). Dining was limited to eating in the bar; would have preferred full restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. We left a bag behind and they arranged for it to be returned to our home address when we arrived home. Hotel is lovely, nice room and comfortable bed. We enjoyed the spa too. We'd definitely stay there again

The staff were amazing. I was stuck in Troyes with an issue with my car. They really looked after me including driving me to the train station when the car garage let me down. They looked after me incredibly well and I would highly recommend the hotel for its spa and food.

This is a virtually new hotel, only opened 18 months ago we understand. Great room and great location for sightseeing by foot. Extremely clean and a professional team to welcome and assist. If I return to the city we will stay here again

Beautiful Hotel in Troyes

This is a beautiful hotel with gracious and helpful hotel staff. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were beautifully decorated. The location was convenient to the city center. We did not have time to try the spa, so we will return as soon as we can.

Troyes stay

We had a wonderful stay at La Licorne Hotel. The rooms were very well appointed with quality fittings and fixtures throughout. The attention to detail in our bedroom with the carpentry and the curved bathroom door was excellent. The complimentary large bottle of water in the room every day was appreciated as was the chocolate on the pillow at turn down in the evening. The whole hotel was spotless clean and the staff were warm and friendly. There is valet parking for €25 per day and whilst not cheap, it does make life easier and your car is safe in the underground car park. The only area where I think that there is room for improvement is the breakfast offerings. The fruit salad was tinned, it would have been nice to be freshly made. On one morning there was a tiny pot of raspberries put out with around 10 raspberries in and some of them were mouldy. These were replaced when I had pointed out that they were mouldy but with still only a small number of raspberries, not enough for the number of guests dining. Fresh blueberries again were in a tiny pot. There isn’t anyone cooking a hot breakfast to order eg. an omelette. For €28 per person for breakfast, I thought that the breakfast offered wasn’t worth the money. Next time if I stayed, I would go out for breakfast. I would however stay here again and the city of Troyes really is a hidden gem. We stayed for 3 nights and there was plenty to do and see. It is stunning.

A truly lovely hotel, distinguished by its exceptionally motivated and attentive staff. Throughout our stay, we wanted for nothing — every need was anticipated and graciously met. Particularly noteworthy is the hotel’s superb location, just steps from the cathedral, the Cœur de Troyes, and the enchanting old town, with its charming timber-framed houses, inviting cafés, and excellent restaurants. A delightful base from which to explore this historic and picturesque city.

Fix broken things, faucet tap fell out of wall. Food quality is very bad for the price. No restaurant or food service before 7pm at 5 star hotel. It could be magic here, only needs small improvements

This is a beautiful hotel, perfectly situated for exploring Troyes. Safe car parking, wonderfully attentive, knowlegeable and friendly staff and excellent spa facilities. My only slight gripe is that breakfast was a bit average compared to some of the other hotels we've stayed at on this holiday: perfectly good, but I think we were expecting a little 'more'!? And please can we have a full length mirror in the bedroom! That said, we would highly recommend this hotel.

Fine hotel but not super. Reservation sydtem of Spa did not work. Both times during our Spacresetvation came others. Otherwise no complaints.
