When I arrived at approximately noon, the Front Desk told me they had canceled my reservation because I had told someone I was arriving at 4 AM that morning. they find me a room, but it was not what I had requested. I wanted a room on the second floor for safety and they booked me on the first floor in an area that was not desirable. I did call the Front Desk for a couple blankets and they were very accommodating."
