The full bathroom is stocked with essentials such as towels, shampoo, and body soap for your convenience.

The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary cookware and utensils, allowing you to prepare your own meals with local ingredients. Step outside to the private patio, where outdoor furniture invites you to enjoy peaceful mornings with coffee or relaxed dinners under the stars.

This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.

Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.

Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.

We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.

気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
False advisement of location being in poros. Have to take another ferry over wouldn’t offer to refund half as we didn’t end up staying. Booking was made less than 24hrs so window to cancel wasnt an option
