Big house well stocked and located BUT

Check in time at 5 pm is late and when you don't know exactly the address or how and when to get the keys for the property is frustrating. Philippe you can do better than that.On a positive note, the house was big, comfortable, well stocked and overlooking the beautiful Anse al Ane.We had a great time once we got there.

Hervorragend

Die Ferienwohnung war für uns perfekt (3 Personen, 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder). Der Ausblick auf die Bucht und die Berge ist tatsächlich so wundervoll wie abgebildet. Die Ferienwohnung war absolut sauber und gepflegt und super ausgestattet, diverse Löffel, Messer, dies, das jenes. Außerdem gab es gefiltertes Wasser. Damit entfiel die lästige Schlepperei von Wasser. In die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung wurde viel Herzblut gesteckt.

Un séjour parfait

Nous étions 4 amies de longue date dont 1 habitant à Fort de France. Nous avons pu rayonner autour des 3 îlets grâce a sa voiture. L’appartement est très agréable, bien équipé et avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. À recommander fortement !

Séjour 4 semaines anse à l âne, Martinique .

Appartement dans une résidence sécurisée, idéalement situé, vue mer. Bon état général, très bon accueil, bien équipé. Globalement très satisfait, petit bémol, l appartement du dessus peut être un peu bruyant tout dépend des occupants.

Appartement très agréable

Appartement très confortable et calme avec une belle vue sur l’Anse à l’Ane que l’on a rejoint à pied. Les trois chambres sont agréables avec salles d’eau ou baignoire et toilettes privatives, climatisation. Aucun moustique. La terrasse est vaste et permet d’agréables repas pris en famille. L’accessibilité avec la cuisine depuis la terrasse est très pratique. L’accès par portail sécurisé est appréciable. Le parking est situé juste devant la villa. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les contacts et la communication ont été facilités par un propriétaire disponible et sympathique. Je recommande ce logement !

Great view with all amenities

Well equipped kitchen with view while you cook or stand at the sink. Comfortable beds and generous bathrooms. Close to boulangerie and Carrefour Express as well as the braces of Les Anses d’Arlet and Pointe du Bout. Would definitely stay again~ Merci

Magnifique semaine en Martinique

Magnifique condo, beaucoup d'espace et surtout, belle terrasse pour passer vos soirées, prendre l'apéro ou le café du matin. Superbe vue sur la baie ! Philippe était présent pour nous acceuillir et toujours serviable au besoin! Pensez à louer une voiture si vous voulez profiter de l'ile ! Coup de coeur: Anse couleuvre et Pointe du bout !

Superbe villa de vacances

Maison très bien placée : plage anse à l’ane à 5 minutes à pied, commerces de proximité, autres plages (grande anse, anse Dufour, anse d’arlets,...) à proximité en voiture, navette bateau vers fort de France au pied de la maison... la maison est très confortable, sécurisée, grande terrasse agréable, 3 chambres climatisées avec grande salle de bain pour chacune, cuisine très bien équipée, rien à dire On a passé 2 semaines parfaites Nous avons été accueillis par la fille du propriétaire qui a été très sympa et disponible si nous avions besoin, la aussi rien à redire Bref a conseiller pour passer un excellent séjour

Séjour très plaisant et proche des belles plages de la Martinique

Notre séjour était formidable, il y avait assez de place pour 6 adultes et 1 enfant. La maison est assez proche des belles plages de la Martinique, quelques restos délicieux (par example: Pignon Nouvelle Vague, Case à Glace, Café de Paris), par contre il faut réserver à l’avance. Pascale — Merci de nous d’avoir été patiente, donner des recommendations et acceuilir chaleureusement. Fin janvier 2019.

Un endroit fabuleux idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour. La villa est en très bon état avec de grandes salles de bain, un grand séjour, un frigo américain et une grande terrasse donnant sur la baie de l'anse à l'âne : idéal pour prendre le petit déjeuner, les nombreux punchs et repas, et partager de bons moments autour d'un tarot ou un poker...Il est très facile de garer les voitures, la plage et les commerces sont très proches à pied. Il y a même un bateau navette très pratique pour aller à fort de France et nous avons pu nous initier à la plongée grâce au club tout proche. Pour avoir beaucoup voyagé dans le monde entier, nous n'avons rarement vu une location avec ce niveau de qualité !

Appartement parfaitement situé et conçu

L'appartement est très bien conçu et aménagé. Il dispose notamment d'une terrasse avec une vue invraisemblable sur la baie de l'anse à l'Ane. La plage est accessible à pied (5-10 mn) et permet une baignade des plus agréables en fin de journée. L'appartement est également bien équipé, rien n'a manqué. Bref, une très bonne adresse pour pleinement profiter de la moitié sud de l'île !

Terrasse et vue splendide et équipements tout confort

situation géographique excellente, accueil et contact parfait. Chaque chambre équipée avec clim et salle de bain pour assurer une bonne indépendance, dans la cuisine il ne manque rien avec un frigo American qui fabrique des glaçons toute la journée, super! Boulangerie et supérette à proximité. Avons passé un excellent séjour à renouveler ! Merci au propriétaire et à l'accueil.

très bel endroit

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé, la vue de la terrasse est splendide. L'appartement est en très bonne condition et très propre. Un petit pépin avec la climatisation de la chambre principale, le délai de prise en charge fut très rapide, rien à redire. La résidence est très calme ce qui est très appréciable. Nous recommandons cette location sans problème.

Bon emplacement à 5mn de la plage à pied près d'une superette et boulangerie.Appartement spacieux avec 3 sdb privatives dans chaque chambre décorées avec goût. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, et le frigo distributeur de glaçons ou glace pilée.Il manquait quelques parapluies car nous avons eu pas mal d'averses. A recommander pour une grande famille ou amis.

Indimenticabile soggiorno!

Bellissimo appartamento, ben arredato e ben organizzato. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli elettromedistici necessari; le camere sono tutte diverse, spaziose, coloratissime e arredate con gusto (complimenti al proprietario). Bagni moderni e spaziosi. A rendere indimenticabile il soggiorno sono state le colazioni e cene "con vista" meravigliosa su anse a l'ane e la baia di Fort de France. L'abbiamo cercato con cura e posso confermare che il terrazzo ha ampiamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Arcobaleni e tramonti indimenticabili! Ultima nota di merito alla location, da anse a l'ane infatti si raggiungono facilmente le spiagge più note della Martinica quali pointe di bout, anse Mitan, anse Dufour, les Anse d'Arlet...nonché Fort de France tramite navetta. E se non si ha voglia di spostarsi, consiglio di "spiaggiarsi" ad anse a l'anse. L'ambiente è molto simpatico...ed anche i planteurs!!! A presto Martinique

Très bon séjour en Martinique

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle, absolument conforme aux photos et descriptif, la vue est superbe, le quartier très calme et les voisins agréables. La plage, les restaurants et les commerces sont accessibles à pieds. Nous y reviendrons très certainement.

Super séjour. cadre agréable. Une semaine de plaisir

Superbe villa comme décrite dans l'annonce. Les photos sont exactement le reflet de la propriété. Tout était parfait, une villa propre avec tout l'intérieur super bien entretenu. La plage et les commerces sont à 10 mn à pied par un petit sentier. J'ai passé une excellente semaine complétement dépaysée avec la famille. J'y retournerais avec plaisir. Une étoile de plus pour Valérie qui a nous fait un accueil plus que chaleureux. Bravo à elle, on sent que c'est un plaisir pour elle. Je vous recommande chaudement cette propriété.

Vacances de rêve

Villa vraiment très agréable. Nous étions 3 couples et chacun avait sa partie privative avec chambre et salle d'eau complète, tout en pouvant nous retrouver tous ensemble dans le salon et sur la terrasse pour profiter de la vue sur la plage de l'Anse à l'Ane. Plage, restaurants et commerces à proximité, tout était là pour un séjour parfait. Nous allons y revenir sans tarder.
