The knives and fork, the coffee maker, the water heater, they were not clean at all.Spider webs in the corners of the room.The bathroom need to be renovated ASAP. No clear area to dump Garbage. And the fact breakfast is not free is a problem. But the staff was cool and helpful

The workers were awesome, however the property was disappointing. No restaurant as advertised, the rooms were horrible moldy and when you shower it wet the whole floor. The beds were horrible mosquitoes in the room. The pool was in disrepairs. That property has potential with the right ownership group. The entrance had two huge pot holes full of water that can’t be avoided. The landscaping was overgrown. Construction behind the property started at 0600 am just noisy. They really need to take down those deceitful pictures.

Nice, but needs further renovation.

A good dozen bungalows on a little property ending on a tiny beach with a nice ocean view. Water access is mostly larger pebble, though. Spacious outdoor covered restaurant and bar with good food and drink offering. Nice pool with lounging area. Each bungalow has a few studios with patios. Many bungalows are being renovated. Our studio had a renovated kitchen area with stove top, fridge and microwave. There was some disparate tableware and cookware. The room was nicely decorated, spacious, with TV and plenty of storage. Bedding was ok. The small bathroom, although functional, really needed renovation. There was wifi across the property, but signal was weak and at times unstable in our room. Pointe-du-Bout is about 1 mile away, and offers plenty of restaurants, shops and boutiques.

Il y a eu une erreur du mois, (février au lieu de mars) mais malgré tout ils ont été capable de nous loger. Nous sommes restés juste 1 nuit, donc nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine. J'ai adoré le lieu, proche de la plage. Restaurant. Je retournerai sans problème

La chambre était propre, mais l’ensemble du site est vieillot, aurait besoin d’un meilleur entretien. La piscine était fermée et ne semble pas prête d’être ouverte. Le bar était presque toujours fermé. La situation géographique est intéressante, plage privée très apprécié.

La chambre mériterait une bonne rénovation surtout salle de bain douche trop petite absence de parois ou rideau on mets de l'eau partout, manque isolation avec la chambre voisine on entends tout vraiment tout... Qtric minimum niveau cuisine et grande surprise piscine en travaux, déception. Bien dommage l'endroit là situation le parc l'accès plage privé c'est très sympa. Le personnel très gentil. Vous avez un très beau potentiel mal exploité pas entretenu, comme l'allée d'accès toute pleine de trou et remplie d'eau en arrivant. C'est dommage j'aurais voulu mettre un très bien ça pourrait le mériter avec peut de chose à faire.. Mais mon souvenir restera positif.

Lors de notre arrivé, la réception était fermée. Nous avons du attendre une personne qui est arrivée 15 minutes plus tard. En général, il manque d’amour sur le site. Le restaurant était fermé. Petite plage pas très entretenue. Bref pas top nous pensons avoir mieux pour le prix payé. Raison: basse saison ?

Petit merveille d'antan un peut fané mais avec du charme. La plage privée est très accessible et calme, on y est le plus souvent tout seul, très agréable ! On a vu beaucoup de poisons de toutes couleurs, des baleines pas très loin, des tortues, des pelucans et dautres oiseaux. Si on a besoin de rencontrer des gens, d'autres plages sont à proximité. Personnel très à l'écoute et aimable.

Belle endroit

Hôtel paradisiaque, petit bangolow très mignon, la plage privée très bien. Espace vert bien entretenu. Quelques points négatifs lors de la douche le sol de la salle de bain est trempé, car pas de parois de douche un balai raclette serait utile, quelques éléments mobilier a revoir tiroir meuble salle de bain qui ferme pas, difficile d'ouvrir les meubles de cuisine pas de poignée, , ....porte de salle de bain qui ferme mal.... Des moustiquaires serait bien venu au fenêtre qui ne ferme pas.

L'endroit est magnifique mais un seul passage en une semaine pour un changement de draps à force de réclamer. Pas de nettoyage durant le séjour de plus 10 jours. Petit déjeuner cher 15€/personne. Manque de vaisselle dans la kitchenette 2 fourchettes, 2 couteaux. Je pense passer sur un Rb&b la prochaine fois. Rapport qualité-prix n'y est pas.

3 jours dans un site magnifique avec plage quasi-privative. Mais ce qui a dû être une résidence hotelière de qualité il y a 20 ans manque d'entretien et parait presque à l'abandon. Il y a rarement quelqu'un à la réception et on a aucune information, même en cas de coupure d'eau. Décevant.

Très déçu !!!

Cadre magnifique mais hôtel vétuste et non entretenu !!! Manque d'équipement global dans le logement: Pas de rideau dans la salle de douche pas non plus de poubelle ni même de torchon. L'équipement dans la cuisine avec le peu qu'il y a est dépareillé et en mauvais état avec aucun condiment mis à disposition. Pas non plus de WIFI !!! Attention pour les lève tard, il y a un chantier juste à côté et les ouvrier commencent à 06h30 AM au marteau-piqueur !!! Merci les vacances.

Beau cadre, bien placé mais chambre et cuisine dans un état lamentable. Salle d'eau avec des douches qui fonctionnent à peine (très petit débit) et très, très vétuste. Cuisine mal équipée (pas de grille pain - alors que annoncé - , une cafetière - pas de bouilloire - une casserole et une poêle toute cabossée) même pas le bon nombre de tasse. Pas de poubelle. Très très vieux. Personnel sympathique et qui essaye de réparer tout ça, mais vraiment lamentable. Accès voiture en mode 4x4 - gros trous - , piscine et matériel transat dans un état lamentable. A éviter.

L'appartement est assez vieux et on entend les voisins. Mais il est situé dans un très beau jardin et la petite plage de l'hôtel est superbe. Nous avons aussi aimé le restaurant près de la plage. Le personnel est gentil et cordial.

Un joyau par sa localisation, son environnement, son emplacement, MAIS, des bâtiments en mal d’entretien et à rénover. Le parc et splendide, la petite plage privée mérite d être mieux exploitée avec des fauteuils en état, quelques tables … La piscine grande a son liner qui fait des vagues une eau qui est assez trouble et autour de la piscine des murs défraîchis Le personnel est super aimable, dévoué absolument top! L hôtel est à son juste prix actuellement mais quel dommage de ne pas faire mieux !
