"Everything was great. The staff was good. Only problem was that one day, we were downstairs and asked for milk because there was no milk and they came out and told us they did not have any milk which I think that was so ridiculous. A big Hotel that you’re paying accommodations for there was no milk and no milk was provided on that particular day for us very very very disappointing"

"Friendly staff. But I didn't appreciate I paid for 3 of us to a room but only 1 can get free breakfast. My kids felt left out and didn't enjoy not getting breakfast not even for 1 day free with they 10 days stay. Not kids friendly at all. Overall ok hotel for couples."

"The entire experience was wonderful with extremely helpful staff who were friendly and knowledgeable. With access to nearby transportation which was convenient for traveling to most locations and with great shopping especially the mall and bank within walking distance made staying at the hotel a pleasure. Definitely recommend staying there"

"The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very boutique like, however based on the price I would recommend additional items to be placed in the room e.g. drinking glass etc. however it was a very peaceful and quiet area and ideal for getaway and to rock back."
