About this property
Living on the banks of the Moselle in Trier
We have lovingly renovated this little fisherman’s cottage, preserving the historic floor tiles in the hallway and the staircase leading to the first floor. Now we would like to open the house to guests. The house is located right on the banks of the Moselle, and there are numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity that treat guests to good food and drinks. The sunset from the terraces is truly one-of-a-kind. The name of the Zurlauben neighborhood contains the word “Urlaub” (vacation), and that’s exactly what staying here feels like. In just about a 10-minute walk, you’ll reach the pedestrian zone in Trier, Germany’s oldest city, which promises an unforgettable visit. When you enter the house, you find yourself right in the small, functional kitchen with a large kitchen table. At the back of the house is a bathroom and a bedroom. On the first floor is the living room with a TV; at the rear of the house is another bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet. The courtyard is the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning sun. Bicycles can be parked in a rack; the courtyard is completely safe for storing bikes. There are also outlets for charging e-bikes.

We were very happy with the location of the property. Lots of really good restaurants on the same block. The center of Trier was great. We took the little train and it was fun. Would highly recommend anyone staying there.
