Cute place, with a comfortable bed and very hospitable hosts! A welcome drink and top notch breakfast were provided with really excellent service. Room itself was on the small side and a bit dated, but we had everything we needed and the value can't be beat!

Trotz des älteren Gebäudes ( ohne Aufzug ) ist die Gestaltung der öffentlichen Räume gelungen. Großzügige Tischverteilung und persönliche Ideen in den Räumen gut umgesetzt. Die persönliche Beratung und zur Verfügung gestellte Materialien ergaben ein abgerundetes Bild sich gut informiert zu fühlen.

La signora che mi ha accolto era molto gentile, ma la reception era quasi sempre chiusa e deserta. Non c'è la possibilità di fare colazione. Non sono accettate carte di credito.l'hotel è pulito e in una zona comodissima.

Die Hotelbetreiber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Charme des Hauses und der Einrichtung ist sehr schön. Der Parkplatz ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Und die Stadtmitte ist gemütlich in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorzuheben, ebenso die Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

Localisation idéale pour visiter Trèves

Hôtel bien entretenu et très proche du centre touristique. Petit bémol, l’accès à la cour extérieure nous a été refusé sous prétexte qu’il avait plu et que les chaises étaient mouillées. Aussi, je n’ai jamais eu de réponse à mon mail demandant la réservation d’une place de parking.

Obwohl die Klimaanlage fehlte war alles andere sehr gut, d.h. Hotels.com sollte eine anfängliche Mittelbewertung absolut nich negativ beurteilen! Dies war der Fall und war für das Hotel nicht gut. Die Gastfreundlichkeit war super und das Hotel super plaziert, also empfehlenswert.

Fint hotel med god placering

Gammelt og lidt slidt hotel, men rigtig fin placering i den ældre del af byen. Personalet snakker rigtig godt engelsk, og var meget hjælpsomme. Mulighed for parkering i nærliggende parkeringshus til OK pris.

Hotel keinesfalls zu empfehlen!

Empfang unfreundlich, Lage des Hotels zwar nahe an Innenstadt, aber an einer lauten Strasse, mit ständigem Lärm Tag und Nacht, mit Fun-Rasern. Bezahlung gleich beim Check-In gefordert. Master Card abgelehnt. Versprochenes reichhaltiges Sektfrühstück gab es nicht, nur Verweis auf verschiedene Cafes, wo man Frühstück selbst zahlen mußte. Parken mit überteuerter Gebühr statt 7.00 Euro 9.90 Euro/Tag. Vorzeitige Abreise, die bei der Inhaberin Ärger zeigte.
