For the price paid, it was a very disappointing experience. The access areas (main lobby and hall ways) smelt like an Indian takeaway shop. The room itself was outdated, and very unclean. Scuff marks all over the walls and the kitchen was missing utensils. There was mould in the bathrooms - shower and nearby to the sink. There was only one air conditioner, in the main area, which was insufficient to cool down the living area let alone the two bedrooms as well. There were cheap ($15 from Target) fans that were stashed in the bedroom cupboards which were faulty, and there are no ceiling fans at all. The stay was in February, so in the middle of summer this is utterly disgraceful. I had to have several cold showers just to keep myself from constantly sweating, it was disgusting. In addition the room was so dusty that I had severe allergy attacks every time I stepped foot in there. I booked this hotel as I had an operation and required somewhere comfortbale to stay for recovery time prior to flying home, that was nearby to the hospital and to the surgeon.

Good

The room was spacious and great. Shower was small, the air conditioning didn’t work properly so it was very hot at night to sleep. Expect to wake up sweating even if it is on 16°. But other than that it was a great stay, the pool and hot tub were nice to have and it was close the city center so great for walking around.

Quite a large apartment containing everything I needed. Quiet and safe. Price was very good. Great location close to transport, shops, restaurants and the City. I would be very happy to stay there again in the future!

Cockroaches roam freely. On both occasions I stayed I encountered cockroaches. I removed a fully grown adult cockroach from my shoe after feeling something moving inside as I put on my shoe. Management - not difficult to get pest controllers in to exterminate the cockies...especially after being made aware through several review comments over the last few months.

Missed by that much.....!

We just stayed one night and the unit was good for the convenience. Reception and parking was good however the standard of the unit was lacking. The crockery and cooking utensils were limited and basic, and need to be " refreshed" before use. We were unable to use the gas stove as the knobs were broken and it didn't feel safe to turn them or light the gas. Couple of other houskeeping items such as the lamp in the befroom (only one) did not work and there was some food that had been left betwen the cushion on the sofa (a cold chip!) We mentioned the knobs and lamp when we checked out and the reception team were apologetic and said that they would get these fixed. Only minor items but would have made a positive impression if fixed.

Stayed on two occasions, and both apartments had cockroaches roaming around - just this morning as I was putting on my shoe I felt something inside, I put my hand into the shoe and removed a huge cockroach which quickly scattered under the furniture. The toilet seat had pee stains from the previous tenants on my most recent stay. Upon my first stay what looked like a "working girl" wearing lingerie emerged from the lifts on the ground floor looking for her customer. I honestly have nothing good to say about these apartments apart from its location.

Good price @ $78 per night, but an apartment without glsses, crockery, cooking pots and ans, etc is a take! The bathroom had a lot of dirty grout, and the shower screen was dirty. The lounge area was basic, and lacked a lamp, leaving only the bright, ceiling high fixtures to blind in glaring light. No pillows on the very small lounge amde it only an adequate seat, with no other chairs of any sort available. All in all, very neglectful management, with no eye or concern for hospitality above a grudging basic.
