"I liked that it was close to the Nauvoo historical sites. I love old hotels that are not totally changed into new everything. We had a bit of a challenge in where we were expected to park... but guess we figured it out and parked up close where it seemed appropriate."

"The food was wonderful and very fresh! The beds were very comfortable! Each room is thermostatically controlled and has its own charm. The floors and stairs are creaky but adds to the charm of an old home. Laurie is such a great host! We enjoyed her company very much! She made our stay so nice!
