"My experience at the Quality hotel was the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel stay in the past. One of the staff at the front desk a lady who give me my first room was not customer friendly, and with attitude. The room she give me was not clean at all. The bed was not made up, the carpet was vacuum, the TV, and all the furnitures in the room were filthy with dust, and stained. The bathroom was filthy with blood stain on the floor, there was lots of mold on the walls of the bathroom. When I came back to the customer service desk, a gentle man assisted and give me another room on the next floor that was fairly better. I had to stay because booking a hotel last minute at another place was very expensive. Thanks"

"I believe it’s a shelter also. There were crackheads hanging near the entrance asking for cigarettes. I was locked out of my room after returning late; and no I didn’t have my key near my phone. The bathtub was rusted bad and the water pressure in the sink was very low. The early staff was great; females by the way. The men that worked late were real scared and fidgety which means the property is really not that safe if you operate through a glass window and act cold to the customers."

"We booked this hotel 2-3 weeks ahead of our trip. Travelled very far from Canada to Philadelphia 9 hours . Despite calling them when we booked that we will be arriving early morning booked Thursday through Saturday. And when we got there early morning Friday. They had sold our rooms. We booked for 12 people total. And the booking even said 4 people each room. They tried giving me only 1 room with 2 beds and other 2 with only 1 bed. A family of 12 getting only 4 beds how does that work. Fortunately I found place to sleep after 1 hour of standing tired. And than they refunded my booking. But that too after I called helpline 2-3 times. If doing early check in even if you have booked a day before call them so they don’t sell your room to someone else without confirming with you."

"The bedding seemed clean. The partially-assembled light fixtures in the room had grime and grunge all around them. Some of the guests were homeless people that were being housed there. The shower/tub in our room worked, but it looked and smelled disgusting. And the carbohydrate-only breakfast was edible. The breakfast area was a bit of a wreck. We would say the price was a tad bit high for the conditions."
