One bedroom had a small en suite shower and toilet. There was also a bath with overhead shower and toilet in a separate room. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"25m walk from station. Missing a fan, otherwise it was perfect."

"We booked a balcony room overlooking the harbour with our dog. The staff on reception were wonderful. In our room there was a doggy welcome gift, treats toy poop bags. The room was large and comfortable. Robes slippers and a fan. We should have prebooked a table in the pub as it was busy, and dogs not allowed in the gorgeous restaurant, so thankfully we sat outside. Food and views were great. Close enough to stroll into town. Small green area where the dog could do her business at night and in the morning with handy bins. Hotel is very characterful. I would like to stay in the Florence Nightingale room next time. Parking around the hotel. Highly recommend."

"Lovely hotel with restaurant downstairs, useful for bed and breakfast and getting dinner in the evening. Nice staff, had a nice sized room. Lovely sea views from front of property. Easy access by walking 10 minutes or less by car to Penzance train station and the town. Great if you want to explore the area, st Ives 25 mins by train and st Michael’s Mount 3 miles are nearby with great transport links by bus and train."
