The country house is located in an exclusive domain of 12 ha with olive groves, woodland and mountain pasture. Nearby atmospheric La Spezia has a seaside promenade, marina, and numerous shops and restaurants. Cerreto Laghi ski resort (45 km) offers mountain walks during summer and, of course, skiing in winter.
In the large enclosed grass garden (2000 m2) is a private saltwater pool (17 x 5 m depth 1.5 m) with underwater night lighting. The garden is directly accessible from the house with no level difference. You can enjoy the shade of some trees and the pergola and the children have space to play. Parking at the house.
