The space
This modern apartment is on the second floor of a triplex so there are two other Airbnb apartments in the building - one directly below on the first floor and the other is above the garage on the other side of the building.
Guest access
Guests have full access to this apartment and also to the basement of the building which has the laundry facilities (washer and dryer). The only other shared space is the common hallway space and stairwell.
Other things to note
This is one of three units in the building so you may hear other guests coming/going during your stay.
Going up the stairs is required to get to this unit in the building.

Out of town family visit
Accommodations were very good! We had everything we needed and more. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and toiletries provided. It was perfect for our out of town visit. Owner communication was excellent!!

Simply wonderful.
What a great place! Totally as described and perfect. Everything we expected we got. Great AC. Great water pressure. Great location for us. Neat and tidy. Very clean. We saw a squirrel sleeping on a big branch outside the Pickford st side bedroom, that was the coolest. Awesome communication with host when needed and overall 5 out of 5. Cheers!!!

My friend and I stayed in the 3rd floor apartment. It was a little bit of a struggle to get up the stairs! We could not use the TV as it seemed the internet was down. I saw one bug crawling on the floor the day we left.

Definitely more of an adult only or older children place. We brought our toddlers and probably drove the neighbors nuts with the creaky floors. We didn’t know we would be in the 3rd floor, but made it work. Overall, not bad for the price point.

Cozy and quaint
The property was in a quiet safe neighborhood yet close to places to eat and shop and travel conveniently. Very clean and all necessary amenities were provided. We were on the top level, not ideal for my elderly father but I may have missed that detail when booking. We did have trouble checking in due to door codes being inaccurate but the host was quick to reach out and help remedy the problem. We would love to stay again!

Perfect location to visit our daughter at nearby University.
Two-bedroom apartment that turned out to be a few doors down from our college kid’s house. Clean, as advertised, super easy check in and check out, quick response from our host. Hope to stay here again!

I'd stay there again
It was a delightful experience to stay at this property. Charles had been a wonderful host since the beginning. Well communication throughout: Easy check-in process, weclome message on first day to make sure everything was smooth, responded promptly to messages with great enthusiam. Amenties promised were there and we found everything we needed. Beddings were super comfortable. Thank you for your warm hospitality. Should you have any other properties in the States or overseas I'd be eagar to stay at your properties again.

This was my first Air B & B and we loved it! The apartment was very spacious, clean and neat. It was in a decent area, the area was quiet and everything was perfect! I have no complaints about this place, the entire process was a pleasure! I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a nice enough place in a decent enough area… however twice someone used the code to the unit and walked in without knocking.. once I was in the shower, another time I was sleeping and heard the door… definitely made us feel weird, so we kept our important items locked in the car. Otherwise everything was as expected.

Short Drive to Sesame
Just a 15min drive over to Sesame street which is where we spent most of our time. The apartment was clean and functional and the owner very nice and responsive.

Space was good for our needs - attended a conference in Princeton, so was only at VRBO in evenings. Plenty of space, good kitchen and bathroom, nice space for relaxing. Couple of things could have been improved: toaster didn't work; had to purchase additional toilet paper; renters below us didn't observe posted quiet hours in evening. But overall, would recommend this as a great place for location and price.
