「The location is fantastic—just a mile from downtown Loveland, which we loved!However, we encountered a few issues that impacted our experience. The house could benefit from a deep clean; the floors felt sticky and had a noticeable dirtiness, and there was an old, musty smell that lingered throughout. 「The space worked for what we needed that weekend. Unfortunately, a few things occurred/noticed. They use credit card processing outside of VRBO and caused credit card to alert for fraud and not process easily. The yard had not been tended to in a while and was overgrown. The neighbors were a bit rough looking in nature cause for concern. Someone was smoking a lot of weed in the basement one night and property smelled. 」
