In the entrance, there is an independent toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine. At this level, there is also a bedroom with a Queen size bed (160/200) and its private bathroom with a shower. You will certainly appreciate its large bay windows overlooking the garden.



Upstairs, three bedrooms welcome you: the first and second with queen-size beds, and the third with two single beds. You will also have a bathroom with a bathtub and WC.
