    If you are looking for the most amazing & unique stay for two, look no further. Dyffryn Ceri can only be described as pure luxury, a converted shipping container which has been designed and finished to the highest of standards. Surrounded by bi-folding doors this property is a hotspot for natural light & for those warmer days let the fresh country air fill the cabin as you step outside for that alfresco breakfast.

    Perfect as a couples retreat, this cosy cabin has a beautiful open-plan kitchen and living space, which oozes rustic charm and luxury, with gorgeous, modern furnishings. This kitchen has been perfectly designed with lots of storage solutions and matching amenities, including a fridge with ice compartment and oven with two ring hob. The fabulous velour, forest green sofa faces the beautiful Welsh countryside - the perfect place to drink your morning cup of tea.

    Get ready for the day in the contemporary, monochrome bathroom, with a walk in electric shower and beautiful white basin. A light and refreshing room, ready to start your day the right way! With no expense spared, this room is definitely one of the highlights of this property. The luxury continues into the bedroom, with electric blinds you can welcome that morning sunrise into the room without even getting out of bed! With a dreamy double bed that is the perfect place for that much needed lie in you can really make the most of your time here admiring the idyllic Cambrian Mountains in the distance. Fancy an early night? Stream your all time favourite film on the wall in front of the cosy bed, a real instagrammable experience!

    Outside the property really is just as amazing as the inside, relax in the private hot tub with your favourite glass of bubbly or dine alfresco on outdoor furniture. The perfect area to spend time relaxing and watching the sun go down over the horizon, you can even toast marshmallows around the fire pit. You can really relax like royalty with your own branded towelling robes, the perfect added extra to this luxury stay.

    Location is key when it comes to picking the perfect holiday destination, with the rugged and idyllic West coastline just down the road, where better to spend your days then exploring coastal paths and secret beaches, you may even be lucky enough to spot a dolphin! Feeling hungry? The vibrant harbour town of Aberaeron is the nearest town, with its bustling atmosphere and amazing eateries it really is a must visit.

Wonderful location and perfect for a relaxing break.

We would like to say thank you to Jo and her son for an amazing stay at their beautiful property. They were extremely helpful answering all our queries before we arrived. We had a lovely welcome tray with delicious treats, we couldn’t ask for anything better. We enjoyed visiting the local area then returning to unwind in the perfectly placed hot tub to watch the red kites flying overhead. We were so lucky with the weather which just topped off our stay. We have thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay, a much needed break away from a very hard year last year after losing my father inlaw on Boxing Day.

Perfect stay

We loved our stay here - the location was perfect for us! Beautiful views of the sunrise. Everything that we could have needed was already provided, including a lovely hamper of local and homemade treats. Everything was spotlessly clean and worked exactly as it should. Ricky and Jo were fab, really great hosts. My only little bit of feedback is that I found the bed a bit uncomfortable, but this minor and everything was otherwise perfect!

Peaceful break

We had a lovely stay . The accommodation was spotless and there were lots of thoughtful touches. It’s such a cosy space and so relaxing . The location is beautiful and we enjoyed watching the red kites from the hot tub ! We would love to visit again and we will recommend to friends and family .

Wow

Well where to start… The host was so welcoming, showed us around, explained how everything worked and even left us a little tray of goodies! It was well equipped, clean, cosy and just beautiful. The views were breathtaking. We got to watch the sun rise and the moon rise. The sheep were so cute to watch and all in all it was one perfect mini moon! We will definitely be staying again and I can’t recommend this place enough!

An amazing stay with amazing views and great facilities.

What an amazing weekend! Booked for a birthday and it did not disappoint. We came a bit early on the Friday and the hosts were more than welcoming and providing us with an tour of our facilities and then helping us throughout our stay with anything, As a whole the experience was amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone at anytime!

I cannot recommend highly enough!

If you are looking to kick back, relax and recharge, this is the getaway for you. The surroundings are breathtaking and even now, a week since our stay, I am missing our morning coffee (Cafetière and excellent coffee included) sitting outside, taking in the beautiful setting. The accommodation is exceptional, clean, modern and has everything you could need for a romantic break. I can't express how much we enjoyed our stay and how desperate we are to come back and stay again. Jo is a very lovely host and couldn't do enough for us.

Wonderful place

I brought my fiance here for a birthday get away. The place was perfectly clean, well presented, amazing views and really nice welcome gifts. The host was great, and even though it’s not cheap, it’s worth the money. I will definitely be looking to return!

One of my favourite places to visit

This was my second stay at Dyffryn Ceri and it was just as beautiful as the first time I stayed. We spent most of our evenings at the fire pit or in the hot tub. It is so cosy in the evenings with the projector. And the host is so welcoming and thoughtful. I will definitely be back again

A special celebration

After trawling the internet for many hours to find somewhere really special for my husbands 70th birthday I finally stumbled across Dyffryn Ceri - oh my, what a find!! Absolutely fabulous place with a very warm welcome from Jo & a thorough induction to all we needed to know re hot tub, projector etc & the homemade brownies & other goodies were a lovely welcome surprise! The location & sense of peacefulness was amazing & the perfect place to just chill & be & look out over the valley. Stargazing in the hot tub was the best & we slept with the blinds up in the bedroom & it was wonderful to see the stars whenever we woke. So much thought had gone into the cabin - flipflops for the hot tub, eye mask for a sound nights sleep, fluffy bathrobes, hooks where you needed hooks to be & it was that thoughtfulness that helped make the place so special. If you’re looking for a peaceful base from which to explore this beautiful area of Wales, I would thoroughly recommend this little slice of heaven!

A taste of tranquility

What a gorgeous place. So quiet! Exceptionally clean with everything thought of. Comfy, cosy and the best place to just relax. We stayed during Storm Darragh, slightly shielded from the gusty winds and driving rain. When the power went off the owners made sure we were OK and brought over candles and a camping stove. Regularly checking on us to see we were OK. It was still a very nice relaxing stay despite the storm. We didn't venture out into the area but were very happy indoors! The hot tub was lovely with views for miles. Very well equipped comfortable clean place to stay. We will be back!

Absolute perfection!

Everything about this place is brilliant. From the location and design of the property to the warm welcome and little details. We were greeted by Jo on arrival who took us to the property and gave us a brief overview of all the main features of the cabin. Incidentally, we were emailed by Jo (and the rest of the family) prior to the trip with a really comprehensive guide on ‘what to do in the area’ and ‘using the cabin’. This was very useful as we decided to take up one of the recommendations to eat at Y Seler in Aberaeron - food was excellent and the town was beautiful. The views from the property across the hills are terrific (red kites were spotted on several occasions) and were none the less impressive despite the poor weather we endured. The hot tub was fab - we were even provided with very comfortable flip-flops and robes. The home-made brownies on arrival were exquisite. Bathroom had walk-in shower and was exceptionally clean, as was the bedroom and still feels brand new. The projector in the bedroom is a great touch - incredible views from the bed during the day, streaming of your favourite films by night! The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. We don’t get to use the fire pit owing to the weather but everything required is provided for and easy to get to. Would definitely come back again! Loved it.

Enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t return based on comfort.

We enjoyed using the property and facilities. The property was immaculate, beautifully presented and serviceable. The host showed us how everything worked before leaving us to enjoy our time there. It’s wonderfully cosy on cold days, and the hot tub was idyllic to enjoy the view from or a night time dip. We really enjoyed being able to snuggle up late evening and watch a movie using the projector. Although we enjoyed our time there we’re unlikely to return or recommend based on the comfort of the bed. The bed frame creaks a lot and meant that we had disturbed sleep every time either of us moved in the bed. The property rightly demands a premium, but would have hoped for a more refreshing sleeping experience and felt disappointed that we’d not been able to unwind to the level we’d hoped.
