Treasury of the Basilica of Our Lady

The staff and property were fantastic, however our room was not ready when we arrived at 9pm-it appears that housekeeping had stripped the beds and started to prepare the room, then it had been forgotten and was not finished. The staff on the front desk were amazing and had the room sorted in 1 hour, and provided us with drinks and snacks. The family room was very spacious, great facilities and breakfast, I would otherwise highly recommend.

It was a great property, and I really enjoyed my stay. The only downside was not being able to reach reception when I needed them, which was unfortunate; however, the manager handled it professionally, and I recommend the hotel, especially for business and a more peaceful trip.

Good ratio price/service
