"Treasure Cay is the most beautiful place to be. The beaches are amazing,with crystal clear blue waters. It’s truly something special to be here. The house was equipped with everything you could think of. Our pool was professionally cleaned every single day! The home has huge gorgeous ceilings and is even nicer in person, than in the listing pictures. My family loved the laid back atmosphere but there were also so many fun places to go. Many nice restaurants to visit within golf cart range of this home. We can’t wait to get back to this beautiful home and island as soon as possible! "

"Property was spacious and clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of open seating for everyone. Plenty of games and books. Worked great for 6 adults. Beach is a close walk. We rented a car at rental wheels. Everything in Treasure is a close drive. Rent a boat from Wilson at Treasure Cay Boat Rentals. Ferry to Green Turtle Cay is nearby, not walking distance close. Coops is a fun spot. "

"Overall we had a great time at Ivan's villa. The villa itself is fairly basic, but the place was clean and comfortable. But, we weren't there for the villa. The beach is amazing and was basically deserted while we were there, 3.5 miles of beach and maybe 50-100 people in sight each day. The villa is just steps from this amazing beach and blue water and is also located a short walk from a convenience store, liquor store, and Cafe Florence and those amazing cinnamon buns. Check in was very easy and Ivan was flexible with an early check in and late check out with our flight schedule. The pool area and observation deck were great as well.I will say the villa itself is a bit dated/basic so if you need luxurious accommodations this is not your place. Also, you can't actually see the beach/water from the outdoor or indoor seating areas. None of the villas in this complex have an ocean view except for 2 of them near the pool. For us this was not a big deal, we just grabbed a couple chairs off the deck and brought them down to the beach for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails."

"The place was well appointed & very comfy. We cooked breakfast & dinner every day in the kitchen. Although it was quite windy & rough, we rented kayaks & explored the beaches, getting great rides on the waves on our downwind legs. Maria is a very responsive host. The house was clean as a whistle thanks to Linda. Lovely, welcoming community with an amazing heated, well-kept pool. Will definitely be back. Treasure Cay is the prettiest beach ever. "
