This newer condo is located on the (top) 3rd floor of a nine unit building. NO ELEVATOR. King, full & full sofa sleeper, this spacious condo can accommodate up to 6 guests! Condo is fully equipped with kitchenware and linens. Unit has its own washer/ dryer and dishwasher for your convenience. Each bedroom has its own walk-in closet and all mattresses and box springs have encasements. Smart t.v.’s are located in family room and master bedroom. Bike rack on premises. Guests are provided one (1-per unit) designated on-site parking stall. Additional free parking on side streets. For pay ($) parking garage available in downtown TC. Keyless smart deadbolt entry lock allows guests flexible self check-in with code access for the duration of their stay. No elevator. Stair access only.
