Home Away Capri: Summer Specials!

One bedroom condo, located in historic Old Towne in Traverse City, MI. Close to Munson Medical Center, Hagerty Insurance and easy walk to all that downtown has to offer. Located near the Old Town Playhouse and the Boardman River. Fully furnished condo including: a washer/dryer, SMART TV's, and fully functional kitchen. This getaway in the heart of Traverse City makes it easy to walk to all your favorite restaurants and shops. Unit is only one flight of stairs and adjacent to parking lot.

Modern 1 bedroom condo. Located near the Boardman River with easy access to all Traverse City has to offer. Parking is a breeze as we offer 1 parking spot with the condo and the public parking deck is just steps away should you need more spaces.

Best way to get around is to walk or bike.

Amazing location.

Property was amazing, super clean and communication with Shamik was top notch! Answered any questions we may have had instantly. Great location, minute walk or drive from everything in downtown TC! Definitely going to look at booking this property again next time we come up!

Great place and location

My husband, myself and our teenage son stayed for 4 nights to explore Traverse City and surrounding area. The apartment was great, just what we needed. It’s new construction so it’s very fresh, clean and modern. It’s a first floor unit so there are only several steps to climb since there is no elevator. The on site parking is very limited but the entrance door is steps away from a public garage. We’d never been to Traverse City and the location ended up being great. The shopping of front street is about a 5 minute walk. There were lots of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Communication with the owner was perfect and attentive. Id stay again if we were in the area. Thanks.

Great Anniversary Trip

Celebrated out 20th wedding anniversary and our stay was perfect. We were within walking distance of downtown and within a few miles of various wineries. Condo was perfect for us. Very clean property.

Long weekend getaway

Property was exactly as depicted online. Rental experience and communication from the new owners was great. The condo is in a great location for getting around and exploring TC. It’s small but has a very functional layout and nice amenities. Would recommend for 4 people or less.

Traverse city condo

Super clean with plenty of space and perfect decor and furniture. Easy to get in and good location, walkable to everything. Bed is very comfortable. Some added offerings were a special treat! The parking was not as easy as we expected, as there is no reserved spot for the unit. Its first come first serve and the lot fills up at night.
