The property was mostly what was advertised. I was pleasantly surprised when there was a mini fridge because I wasn’t expecting one with a standard room. The street is busy and a little noisy but I didn’t notice it as much nights 2 & 3. I would definitely stay here again.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at any hotel/vrbo. They lied about the size of the bed, the door to the hallways are always open and no deadbolt on the door. The rooms are tiny and made as cheaply as possible - not even two nightstands! Lastly, I contacted the manager about my issues on the first night, he said he's look into it and even after several followups never responded again. DO NOT STAY HERE

Just a couple of dislikes
Overall, good price point. Kind of disappointed no private balcony. There should be instructions that you have to use the code lock to lock yourself out every time. If you just close the door behind you, it doesn’t lock. Management never returned my call. Good thing Google had the exact lock in video. Very noisy. Ear plugs provided for road noise. Walls very thin. It’s a summer inexpensive hotel turned into condos. For me, the price advantage didn’t overcome issues. No beach or pool either.
Such a cute property. The view from the room was beautiful and the room itself was very clean. I loved the kitchenette. Spacious bathrooms with a nice shower. 10-12 mins from downtown. I was confused on how to enter the code at first but hit the “yale” button on the keypad and the numbers show up then hit the check mark to enter. Patio and backyard area is adorable.
Appreciated the ease of access, location (close to bay & bike trails) and spacious/well appointed common areas. Note while on the pay there is no beach, it is break wall rocks down to the water. No problem here, but others may struggle.
Will definitely consider it for a future group outing up north.
Need to do a bit more outside maintenance, lots of webs/bugs, and dumpster was overflowing when I arrived, it was picked up, but overflow was left behind. Need to size this up for the summer.
