Overall, good pet friendly place to stay. It is unlike a lot of VRBOs in that you don’t really have your own place- more like a hotel/motel room that has been remodeled and you have private access to a room- so there are the typical downsides to not having your own space.Location was good for going to Old Mission Peninsula wineries and beaches and Traverse City. It is, however, on a very busy road so it can be loud and hard to get in and out of the property at times when traffic is heavy or if there is an accident. There is also no walkable beach access, despite having nice views of the lake.Reasonable pet fee, good communication with host, good location and ease of check in and check out were highlights of our stay.Recommend if you need a reasonably priced pet friendly place to sleep in a good location as a home base for trip to Traverse City.

Nice, didn't know there was no sink in the bathroom. Not convenient or great with food in kitchenette area.

Access takes some figuring out

I showed up to a group of people, all in separate rooms, collectively trying to figure out how to get the digital key pad to work as their was limited instruction on how that system works. Complementary wine in a common room shared by strangers is a bad idea. By the time I loaded my bags in my room and came back downstairs, all the bottles were gone off the common room table…First come first serve I guess.
