Welcome to our quiet home placed on 10 acres just 3 miles from downtown Bellaire Michigan. Enjoy your stay in our converted in-law suite, offering space for 4 guests. A full private bathroom and Kitchenette stocked with all the essentials. The kitchen area provides a toast over / microwave combo, compact refrigerator and single serve coffee maker. Large flat screen tv with apple tv and internet is provided.

We are located just minutes away from Shanty Creek Resorts, offering both winter and summer sports. Schuss Mountain 6.6 miles, Cedar River 5.9 miles, and the main lodge at Summit Village is 3.1 miles from our home.

Like to mountain bike or take a great hike? Glacier Trails are just 5.9 miles from our door step! Shorts Brewery is a common go to place for most guest visiting the area just 2.5 miles away.

We are nestled with in the Chain of Lakes and Torch Lake is just a few minutes away! The often heard of Torch Lake sandbar is 10 miles away.

A perfect getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for a few days and it was such a nice getaway. We spent a full day in Petoskey, Charlevoix and Traverse City, it was perfectly located to explore them all. I would highly recommend this great little spot, Downtown Bellaire was also a nice place to visit!

Cute little property in the country. Price was similar to a hotel room but a bit more spacious and welcoming. The hosts were very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. In fact, I forgot to pack my curling iron, but Liz came to the rescue and lent me one. :) Sleeping Bear National Park was a little over an hour away but we enjoyed the scenic drive. I do wish they would've had an outdoor seating area for guests since we didn't feel comfortable using their porch. Not a big deal though! Still enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Fantastic!!! Perfect space for our needs, beautiful property, incredibly clean, comfortable beds, little details were appreciated along with the extras that were included. Bellaire is such a cute town and a quieter option (which we prefer) just outside the hustle and bustle of tourist attractions like traverse city and Torch Lake beaches.

Great place

I’ve been disappointed in the past, but not this time! The accommodations were exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. The bed was great, I haven’t slept that well outside of my own bed in forever! My husband and I will remember this little gem and look forward to staying here again.

Get away

The perfect place to stay clean, comfortable, quiet. The Host is very friendly and has thought of everything that you would need. Ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, luxury towels camp fire starter just to name a few. Try it you won’t be disappointed.

Pleasant Stay

The room was very clean and well organized. There were two beds and we found the first one too soft to our liking, but the other bed was just right. The shower was great-plenty of hot water and good pressure. Although the kitchenette didn't have an oven or stove top, there was a microwave/toaster oven combination and an electric fry pan, which was all that we needed. The hostess was very responsive giving us suggestions on what to see and where to eat. We would go back!

New Years Vacation 2024

We will be returning soon! Wonderful place and location! Owners are welcoming, friendly and willing to help make recycling for your adventure goals. Interior design colors and decor make it a very appealing place to call home for your vacation!
