Summary:
Enjoy two stylish beachfront condos on East Grand Traverse Bay—perfect for families or friends traveling together! Each 1-bed, 1-bath unit offers 850 sq ft, full kitchens, in-unit laundry, and stunning bay views from private patios. Wake up to sunrise over the water, unwind to the sound of waves, and relax in comfort and style. Steps from the sand, close to everything—your perfect Up North getaway!

The Space:
Each bedroom has a king size bed and features a flat screen Smart TV with streaming service.
Large, attached bathrooms with a newly renovated shower in Unit 214 and a jetted tub in Unit 220.

The living rooms each have a large flat screen Smart TV with streaming service. The sofa in each of the living rooms have a pull out bed creating additional sleeping space for two more people.

When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs, or the newly-finished heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day to Labor Day).

The Neighborhood:
Want to get out on that gorgeous turquoise water?
Public water access and boat launch with watersports rental right next door!
Rather pedal? Rent bicycles across the street and ride the paved TART trail into downtown,
which is also just a short drive down the road by car. You'll find all kinds of dining options, shopping and entertainment. Nearby are wineries, breweries, distilleries. Hiking trails galore, beachcombing and stargazing are all a part of the Upnorth experience, and all are close at hand.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $79 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.

There is one parking space allowed per condo.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

This is a beautiful property. Well stocked for our 5 night stay. Perfect location to enjoy Traverse City & the surrounding area. We were traveling with another couple & really liked the privacy afforded by two separate units and the fun of going back & forth and entertaining each other.
