Winter escape

The property was as listed and the owners were very responsive to questions. It was a perfect setting close to downtown and the fireplace was an extra bonus for the Michigan winter weather. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our visit! You could see the lake from the patio, it was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. It was a perfect place for us to stay for the weekend! Will be back again!

Convenient condo near everything

This condo was spotlessly clean, & very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, & the beds also very comfortable. We enjoyed eating at places like Poppycocks, & also enjoyed visiting several wineries. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay!

This was a very nice property, and we were really happy with it. Extremely roomy and comfortable for four adults, great location, very clean and a great layout in the common room. I’m only giving it four starts because the bathtub in the master bath didn’t fill up so the jacuzzi jets were not usable, and the drain in the master bathroom sink wasn’t working. Other than that, this was an amazing place and I would happily stay again!

Weekend in TC at Bay Park Condo

Our stay at the Bay Park Condo was excellent. The condo is incredible clean spacious, cozy, and very accommodating for any family or group up to 6. The living room fireplace was such a joy on some cold Michigan nights! The hosts very extremely timely with information for access, check out, and provide many means for contact if needed. The price was right for this awesome spot. It's close to so many hot spots in the area with very close access to some great local eaterys as well. Can't say enough positive things about this Condo!Thank you very much to the hosts!

Easy walk to downtown

Great location, easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Condo was very comfortable, clean had everything we needed. Couple negatives, carpet was very stained, looked bad, toilet set in master was not secured and the screen on the door wall was very difficult to slide. Overall very nice.
