Conveniently located 7 miles from Grand Traverse Bay, 14 miles to the beautiful Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore, minutes to the large all sports Long Lake, and approximately 10 minutes to the quaint village of Cedar where you can enjoy homemade meats year-round and the annual polka festival in the summertime.

The property is adjacent to Light of Day organic tea farm where you can walk the grounds and purchase many varieties of delicious teas.
