The renovations to the building are well executed with old stonework and wood beam ceilings integrated into all the modern commodities. The location is excellent, close to the port for ferries to the islands as well as easy access to buses for Erice."

"En general, la casa no cumple con las condiciones de salud para ser habitable. El olor a humedad al entrar es nauseabundo y el apartamento está lleno de moho y humedades. El desagüe de la ducha verde, bueno lo veréis todo en las fotos... La ventana del dormitorio no se cierra, literal, y da a la calle... Llamamos a los responsables y fueron muy amables, nos dicen que lo saben todo y que lo entienden, y que nos devolverán el dinero si lo pedimos a través de Hotels.com, por lo que cogemos otro...
