"Friendly and clean hotel"

EPIC SANA Lisboa Hotel

"Great hotel with clean comfortable rooms and very helpful front-desk staff. We arrived early and they were kind enough to find us a room within an hour, even though we then went out immediately to explore the area. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from a great department store (El Corte Inglés Lisboa) with a supermarket in the basement and a food court on an upper floor. We didn’t book breakfast at the hotel because we have too many food allergies, and it’s easier for us to find specialist GF restaurants in town. The hotel’s outdoor pool area was well-equipped with comfortable beds and towels, but there aren’t enough beds for everybody so it fills up after lunch. We would certainly consider staying here again. Ubers are plentiful to get around town."

"Hotel location was great for metro & bus. The team throughout the hotel was really professional & friendly, helping with our questions and providing a map & help for places to visit. The breakfast buffet has choices for all and the rooftop pool area was a lovely with sunbeds, umbrella’s and pool which certainly refreshed you. A great hotel. "

"The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect. The only issue we had was the AC. We could not get it to be cooler than 22 (even with TV controls and wall control) which was frustrating but other than that, excellent hotel. Will definitely stay here again when we return."
