Sycamore Shores is a lakefront (75 acre calm water lake), tiny home located in Tracy City, TN near Monteagle and Sewanee. It's nestled among the trees with an oversized, covered deck to take in the amazing views of the lake. Whether you’re coming to take the kayaks out or fish on the lake, hike to the nearby waterfalls, zipline, or to enjoy a concert at the Caverns (ONLY 15 MINUTES AWAY!), Sycamore Shores is the perfect getaway! Stay one night or stay a month, you'll love your time here!
The space
Sycamore Shores is a brand-new home located in phase three of The Retreat at Water’s Edge community, which is still under construction. Please understand that while Sycamore Shores is complete and production-free, construction is still ongoing in the area.

Beautiful Views from Well-Appointed Home

We loved our stay at Sycamore Shores, making good use of the hot tub, kayaks and spacious porch. The view is lovely, and we enjoyed watching the beavers slap their tails on the lake. The location is surprisingly convenient to local restaurants, shopping and a gym. There was plenty of storage space for a short trip, and the showers in both bathrooms were great. Highly recommended!

Lucky Find!

My husband and I were looking for a place within driving distance to enjoy an anniversary getaway. This place was more than perfect! We were pleasantly surprised by how incredibly nice it is and how thoughtfully it is furnished/set up with everything one might need and more! It is decorated to perfection! We enjoyed the fire pit, the kayaks, and the porch dining with a beautiful view! We saw deer grazing across the lake upon arrival and enjoyed watching some busy beavers play! We didn’t know about this area/development. We felt a little guilty not bringing our kids! But, we have a reason to come back!
