"So all of the staff spoke English. All were very nice and tried to accommodate. There’s no AC in this hotel and you can get a little bit warm. The restaurant on site has some choices for a meal. It’s a little pricey, but seems to be the case in this area."

"Beautiful hotel by lake Brienz. Easy to find as it is along the road. Really enjoyed our stay and wished we had 1 more night to soak in the view. Its stunning view of lake Brienz. The hotel is equipped with all necessities you need for a short stay. I would highly recommend it to friends and family."
