Our room dirty, the floor has not been cleaned, the rubbish was full, clothesd and food of previous clients still in the room. I don't recommand it at all. Avoid at all cost.

Çok pisti

Oda temizlenmemiş bile olabilirdi. Yatakta saçlar, kıllar vardı. Masa/sehpa benzeri şeyin üstü pisti ve yapış yapıştı. Tuvalet aynı şekilde hiç temiz değildi. Allahtan sadece uyumak için kullandık oteli ama verdiğimiz paraya yazık oldu.

Genel olarak puanlamak gerekirse otel odası geniş ve temizdi, (çarşaflar, tuvalet) , oda konforu çok iyiydi, yatak rahattı, kahvaltı çeşiti normal, oda da kendimize ait tezgah, ocak vardı, klima mevcut, odaya ait büyük bir balkon vardı. otel konum olarak merkezde ve kolaylıkla bulunabilir yerde, tekrar konaklama yapabilirim.

İstediğim zaman klimayı açıp kapatamayacaksam neden var o klima? Üşümemize çözüm bulamadınız, oda değiştirmeyi bile önermediniz, o yüzden memnun kalmadım.

Her yere çok yakın, konforlu ve kaliteli

Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve kibardı. Kapıdan içer girer girmez o sıcaklığı hissediyorsunuz. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Herkes çok ilgiliydi kahvaltısı da çok güzeldi. Trabzona gelirsem tekrar uğrayacağım tek yer.

Konfor, odanın ferahlığı vs çok güzeldi. Kapı kulpları elimizde kaldı, çıkıktı. Farkedilmemesi imkansız. Ayrıca banyo çok kötü kokuyordu. Klozet temiz görünmüyordu, temizlenmiştir muhakkak ama görüntüsü hoş değildi. Bu detaylar haricinde her şey güzeldi.

This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed in. The room is spacious and nice, but it all stops there. I honestly don’t know if they have more than 1 person working there, the door to our room was almost broken, so we could barely get in or out of our room, my side of the bed didn’t have a lightbulb for the bad lamp, They only had one small, thin blanket to sleep with m, nothing else, no phone to call down to request things, it said breakfast was included, and we got there and they said they don’t have a restaurant, there was a towel to shower with, but no hand towel for the bathroom, nor was there a towel for the floor. I will never go back to this place. Stay somewhere else!!
