Good
The hotel wifi is strong. My flight was delay so I arrived at hotel AM5 but they do the early-checkin. But they say no problem n no need money. Very good staff! Shkran!

Very nice hotel with big rooms and amenities. Breakfast was average but dinner was good. Property is nice and big and good value for money but slightly old and shows some wear and tear. Not enough plug points in the room and would have liked to have a kettle, coffee and water provided in the rooms

Mit am schlimmsten waren die Verständigungsproblem. Frühstück ohne Brot/Brötchen. Noch schlimmer waren die Toiletten in den Zimmern die noch von außen schwer sichtbar Rückstände aufwiesen. EKELHAFT! Da war es schon zu spät für Reklamation.

Good value and pleasent stay
I waited until I had stayed in 6 different hotels in Tunisia to review, so I had comparisons. I feel this was a good value. My room was large with a terrace, and a view of the desert. I wish there was a kettle in the room though! The pool was large, sparkling and very inviting. Overall a good experience and fair price.

Avoid at all costs
This hotel is outdated, the service is horrible, the restaurant is a complete disaster. I don’t believe it’s a 4 stars hotel! I think it wouldn’t even get a one star. The only positive thing about it is the location.
4 stars still using a physical key 😁
Restaurant area where they are 10 people patrolling what you get!
Food without drinks. They don’t serve drinks & you can’t bring your own! The only option is to buy from them & the price is 10 times more!

Bonjour,1 - on ne voit pas en quoi le problème que nous utilisons des clefs pour les chambres.2 - le personnel au restaurant est là pour servir et veiller aux besoins des clients.3 - les boissons au restaurant ne sont pas comprise et cela est bien signalé sur le site de réservation et les prix sont plus que correctes (exemple : 01 bouteille d'eau 3.5 DT ce qui revient à presque 1 euro)Pour cloturer nous sommes une chaine hotelière très respectueuse et nous sommes toujours à l'écoute de nos clients et à leurs confort.

Toutefois pour la nourriture on propose un large choix ( à titre indicatif : une station pour les pizzas, un buffet enfants, une station pour les soupes, une station pour plats locaux, deux grand buffet chaud où il y'a viande, volaille et poissons, deux buffets de salades et condiments, deux buffets fruits et patisserie...) aussi pour la période où vous étiez parmi nous l'hôtel était à 93% d'occupation !!!Au plaisir de mieux vous servir la prochaine fois.

Everything was broken
Disappointed with our stay in this hotel. We had a broken fridge which the door fell off in the porter's hands when demonstrating it, a random shelf sat on the sideboard and a broken shower. It would just take a little maintenance to be a good place.

en général , c'est un bon et agréable hôtel.
le seul hic ètait la soirée apres le diner et en plein hall de la réception ,un groupe séjournant à l'hotel s'est permis de s'y rassembler , d'utiliser un amplificateur pour son , de chanter tres fort accompagné d'instruments à percussion ( darbouka , bendir ) , et nous n'avons pa pu y rester tellement le son et le brouhaha étaient perçants et génants.

Trop de poussière dans la chambre Lit couvert avec des couvertures de l'hiver ou il fait 40 °. Lit séparé pour une chambre double pr un couple Climatiseur cassé trop froid ou rien tu ne peux pas réglé. Serviette dans la salle de bain sale plein de tache, Toute la nuit j'ai pas dormi, pas confortable Grande piscine, qui est ouvert même le soir le seul point positif

Dissatisfied
If it was possible to be more accommodating in placing an elder couple right next to a very loud party then this hotel is hard to beat! The normal stay at this hotel is one or two nights as it is usually used as a tour stop over, However, my wife and myself was there for 4 nights while the first two nights were passable the third night was certainly not. A party no more than 15 meters from our room made an incredible noise. Trying to complain was met with no answer on the telephone from reception. When I complained in the following morning I was told that I could have changed my room on the first night - I am not telepathic so I did not know that a party was going to be held on our third night. The manager did say they had problems with the party, my question was then why not sort it, I did not receive an answer nor did I get an apology for their lack of programming. Never again!

Nous avons apprécié la musique le soir au salon mais hélas arrêt après les fêtes du 1 er janvier ,et nous avons beaucoup aimé le réveillon du 1 er janvier avec sa parfaite organisation et son excellent repas ... Nous avons aimé aussi la grande taille des chambres Quelques problèmes de ménage : 3 tapis dans la chambre et les femmes de chambre ne disposent pas d’aspirateur ! Etc.... Piscine couverte un peu fraîche !!! Pas de navette à l’hôtel comme indiqué sur la description , pas de petite bouteille d’eau dans les chambres où l’eau du robinet ne serait pas potable
