ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, THE STAFF WERE HEART WARMING AND WELCOMING. HOSPITALITY WAS TO THE ROOF. I BOOKED THE WEEKEND FOR MY WIFES BIRTHDAY AND WHEN THEY FOUND OUT THEY TREATED HER LIKE THE PRINCESS SHE IS HAHA. THANK YOU TO THE STAFF AND TO SADDAM:)

This was, by far, the best hotel I stayed at in Tunisia — what an experience. We traveled with young children, and every single detail of our trip was perfect. The staff was so pleasant, accommodating, and really treated us like valued guests and friends. Nidhal, the Guest Relations Manager, was so helpful and really went above and beyond to help us plan our entire stay. On Christmas Eve, we missed an event in the lobby — they realized we were missing and sent our room a plate of chocolates and desserts from the event. That gesture says everything about how much they value their guests. Nidhal also helped us coordinate a babysitter, which was such a wonderful touch — available whenever we needed, and really allowed us to enjoy our evenings. The rooms were absolutely stunning, the desert views were so serene, and we loved having breakfast on the veranda every morning. The traditional hammam was so relaxing that I went every single day of our visit. We also truly loved the dining at Mekong — absolutely delicious and truly authentic. I have already recommended this place to all my family and friends, and will be visiting every time we go to Tunisia. Thank you so much for making our vacation so wonderful and relaxing.

The property and location were heavenly! The service and staff were professional and every detail was impeccable. Mekong restaurant was phenomenal and breakfast as well. The Spa was one of the best, desert voyage was once in a life time experience - generally speaking, a perfect place! Only suggestion is to have more dining options and room service food was not edible.

Amazing hotel, very confortable, incredible staff and attention to details. Food was very good and the room was huge and beautifully designed. An oasis in the desert. Beautiful safe clean resort

Beautiful luxury resort. The hammam ritual was wonderful. Security is good as well. Service was so friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, beautiful, large and well appointed. I enjoyed my meal at Saraba though it was pricey, but for a buffet with many excellent options and grilled lamb chops, steak or merguez. Other nights we went into Tozeur to eat. Although more disconnected from local culture than our other hotel stays in Tunisia, it was a bit of a respite from our travels, as a woman, to be able to relax a bit in our attire as well and enjoy Western facilities in a resort.

Our stay here was wonderful! The staff truly went above and beyond to help us during our stay (Kadhija, Ahmed, and Mohammed were especially helpful.) Most of the staff was very lovely!! Was really Not convenient for food especially vegetarian meals unfortunately Had some issue but management tried to fix it! Reception,bellman,bar, cleaning staff and restaurant staff was very nice and kind!! Little pricy for what they offer! But it was worth for the kind employee they had! Thx
