「This was an amazing property. Clean, well appointed, comfortable, high quality linens and very convenient to downtown. Please note: there is no oven. We didn't need it this visit, but just wanted to point that out. All appliances were high quality and seemed brand new.We will definitely stay here again when in Ithaca.」

「Shelwyn was awesome to deal with. He responded ASAP when we had a question about the shower. Was upfront and helpful. He was in his house on the property but gave us our privacy. The last day of our stay he said take your time getting out because he didn’t have another booking following us. Worked out great as we were moving onto a bigger spot with the rest of our family on Saturday but couldn’t check in until 4. Thank you Shelwyn for everything and being so easy to deal with- we will be back !!」

「Host was beyond accommodating and responded incredibly quickly to every message. Asked to have flowers delivered before we arrived and host was willing to communicate with the flower shop and brought them in for us. Location was great and it was very clean and well maintained.
