「Outside setting wasn’t good. Bugs inside the bathroom. Ants near the sink. Advertised with AC but 2 of the 3 rooms don’t have window units and are too hot to sleep in. Shower was tiny and leaking all over. Unfortunately, would not return.」

「The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!! Thanks Matt & Jimmy for going above & beyond!!」

「Property was just as described and perfectly located to visit the Baseball HOF. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were super comfortable. Plenty of outdoor space for kids. Quiet back porch to enjoy morning coffee. Host was very responsive to questions and lovely to work with. On our last day we opted to take the kids to Howe Caverns which is a bit of a drive, but the best caverns I have ever visited. Great stay!」

「This was the perfect place for our family during our visit to Cooperstown Dreams Park! It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Dave was very responsive and addressed matters very quickly. The location was 5 minutes to Dreams Park, which was very convenient with being able to run back to rest a little between games. Our team won the whole thing, so it must have been a lucky house!」
