駅から近くて便利

駅から近くて便利。ですが、ホテルは静かな一角にあるので、夜も静かで良いです。お部屋もお手頃だっ割には綺麗で広くて快適でした。またトゥールへ行った際には利用したいです。

駅近で便利、1本中の通りなのでうるさくもなく。フロントの人も親切でした。ロビーに猫がいて、皆が構っていました。

場所は、駅から近いし近くにスーパーもあります。駅前から続く賑やかな大通りとは反対側になります。部屋に入って、真っ先に気づいたのは掃除が行き届いていないこと。辛うじて、ベッド回り（リネン類）だけ整えられた感じがありました。テーブルの上・棚の上・トレーやポット等埃だらけ、床もごみが残ってたり、最悪でした。

快適なホテル。駐車場が狭い。

部屋の中は十分な広さと快適性があってとても満足できました。スタッフも英語で丁寧に説明してくれ、サービスも良かったです。駐車場が、狭い上に、人感センサーが持続せずにすぐにライトが消えて真っ黒になるので、入庫と出庫が難しかった。

非常にリーズナブル

ホテルの建物自体は古めだが、部屋は綺麗で状態が非常にいい。アメニティなどのグッズも揃っておりベッドのマットレスもしっかりしていた。また浴槽の湯量も十分で、朝食もフランスの割には充実している部類だと思う。ただし、ホテルのロケーションが少し悪い。駅の繁華街とは反対の住宅エリアの片隅に建っており、夜ご飯を食べるには少し歩かないといけない。

音に敏感でなければキレイで使い勝手のいいホテルです

駅から近かったのでお城めぐりの拠点にしました。概観は一見古そうでしたが、中はIKEAのインテリアでおしゃれな感じでした。唯一残念な点は上階の水の音が結構聞こえることくらいでしょうか…。

駅から近く便利

トゥール駅から近く，荷物の多い方にはとても便利です。パリで前泊しましたが，朝８時前のTGVでパリをたつと，ホテルに荷物を預けて，９時台出発のミニバスツアーに間に合います。ただ，レストランがある旧市街には少し遠いので，夜に街の雰囲気を楽しみたい方はそちらのほうが良いのかもしれません。

予約しましたが

エクスペディアで予約しましたが、できてないとのこと…。フロントの人が、他のホテルを探してくれたので良かったのですが、とても不安な思いをしました。なので、良くも悪くもなく、受付時のみしかわからないので、部屋の評価はできません。

Hotel recommended especially due to location

Three day trip to Tours, France. Hotel is very close to the main train station and easily walkable to all of the main attractions and shopping. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and self-service everything. Check in guy was a little brusque but everyone else was friendly and helpful.

Spacious room & close to train station

Spacious rooms (especially in Europe, where rooms are usually tiny!!!) and close to train station (4min walk). Walkable to restaurants in the charming downtown area (about 20min walk).

Personnels sont très serviable et souriant, gentil. Le chambre est confortable et agréable. C’est juste dommage que on voit le poussier sur le plateau bouilloire. Si je reviens à Tours je recommanderais.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Artiste hotel. The cleaners were incredibly thorough and cleaned the room every day as if spring cleaned. Disappointed there was no dining or even lunch option, but the bar is always serviced by desk personnel and breakfast buffet was extensive. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and language was never an issue.

We had an excellent stay. Everything was perfect. We will be back! Great hotel for a longer stay. The rooms are well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast is great and location is perfect.

Sympa mais les demandes spéciales inutiles

La chambre supérieur est très bien. Propre et agréable. Lit confortable. Petit dej plutôt sympa. Large choix de produits salés, plusieurs variétés de pains, petit cakes et petites crêpes côtés sucre. Personnel sympa. Par contre j ai demandé une chambre au dernier étage. On m'a mis au 1er sous prétexte que c'était plein. J'ai indiqué avoir eu une validation pour cette demande alors on m'a trouvé une chambre au dernier. J'avais eu aussi demandé loin de l'ascenseur et on m'a donné la chambre en face de l'ascenseur sous prétexte que c était plein. Sujet clos !
