「Exceeded our expectation. Huge attic room for three of us. Very clean. Super friendly staff. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing. I literally looked up why it was not Michelin rated using AI, and the answer I got was the food critics don't usually travel far south to the rural area. Everything (including appetizers, entries, deserts) was fantastic, definitely comparable if not better than some of the Michelin restaurants we tried in Paris. We will definitely come back to this hotel if we go...

「Such a tranquil and beautiful place. We had the best night’s sleep for ages because the cave was cool and the air was kept humid to protect the stone. Céline and Stève were lovely - so welcoming. Stève gave us the fascinating history of the place and in the morning Céline had prepared the most delicious home-made breakfast which we ate in the peaceful pretty garden courtyard in front of our cave. Les Troglos is a gem and our stresses melted away.」
