"I think the lady’s name was Ursula , she was the best. I have been to so many hotels and she went out of her way to talk to me and make sure I was ok. By the time I left I felt like I was saying bye to a cousin or old friend . I recently lost my wife and have been struggling to find joy. she really made me feel great every day. Thank you "

"The building is old and the rooms are bare bones. The bathtub looked old and had rust in some areas, and the tap was faulty so could not pull it all the way up to take full advantage of the shower. The window as just a small portion of a very long wall so the room was quite dark."

"Staff was awesome and gave some great advice about the area! Rooms can use a better cleaning but overall not bad."

"Railing on outdoor stairs was in a bit of disrepair; inside, the bed's mattress was too firm and pillows were too soft. The room itself was in excellent condition and although we needed to get a bunch of hair out of the hot tub drain, once we did that the hot tub was absolutely superb and the highlight of our stay."
