  • Come and visit the pink city and discover this charming, newly renovated studio apartment. Bright and fully equipped, you'll have all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The 23m² studio comprises a main room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Located in the heart of Toulouse, this studio is ready to welcome you! Bed linen and towels included. See you soon!

    The apartment
    Located on the 1st floor, the studio is as follows:
    - Living room with double sofa bed for 2 people, TV, articulated ceramic coffee table that can be transformed into a dining table
    - Kitchenette: fridge, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and cutlery, washing machine with dryer
    - Bathroom with shower, WC, heated towel rail

    Nearby
    Located in the heart of the Saint Aubin district, you'll find everything within walking distance: Ramblas des Allées jean Jaurès, Place Wilson, Place du Capitole... You'll also find a wide range of shops in the immediate vicinity, including a bakery, supermarket, butcher's shop, restaurants, pharmacy and Sunday open-air market around the St Aubin church.

Como negativo diría que es bastante ruidoso por las noches por estar entre zona de bares, muy caluroso en verano y sin ventilador ni aire acondicionado es imposible quedarse en casa. La dueña es muy atenta y amable.

The host was kind to deliver a few new pillows after a few texts. In general it takes 15 minutes to walk to city centre. It is a bit noisy as near to the town, good stay with no major problems.

O apartamento é pequeno - como mostra nas fotos. Bom para no máximo um casal. Tem tudo que você precisa! E a localização é incrível! Dá para fazer tudo a pé no centro de Toulouse e pegar o metro caso necessário. Tem supermercado, restaurante e boulangerie pertinho. Sem contar na feira que acontece aos domingos, quase ao lado do apartamento. Muito bom! Recomendo."

Malheureusement il y avait des taches sur certaines tasses, casseroles et ustensiles de cuisine. Également il y avait un petit soucis avec un volet qui se fermait pas totalement. A part ça c’est un studio super agréable, il ne manque de rien et il m’a permis de bien séjourner à Toulouse. Proche du centre et des transports. On y dort bien et c’est vraiment tranquille pour se reposer. Merci à l’agence pour une communication rapide et efficace. Je recommande ce logement pour personne seule ou en couple!"

The (couch-) bad is totally uncomfortable, as well as the pillows, too high to sleep comfortably. Only heavy blankets were furnished and a relaxing night was impossible (for people who prefer fresh sleep). No wifi in the flat. From time to time noise from flats in the same building is disturbed even at night. In general, I advise it only for one or two days. Not advised for more sensitive people or who like comfort."
