驚きのルームサービス
ルームサービスが週に１回しかないのに驚きました。 その間、タオル交換もベッドメーキングもありません。 ルームクリーニングをしていた担当者に私の部屋もやるように話したところ、予定にはいっていないとのことでした。受付に頼んでやっとやってもらいました。 このホテルを紹介してくれた方が、清掃は一週間に一度くらいと言っていましたが、タオルを一週間使うことに抵抗がありました。 キッチンが付いているので、長期滞在者には良いようです。

Wi-fi事情がもうちょっと良ければと思います。 駅に近い、レジデンスエリアで、環境は良い。 中心部へは、地下鉄二駅。空港からのトラムも ダイレクトでホテル至近駅へと、とても便利！

Dear Nadia,We did return your deposit on the day of your departure.The security deposit is a bank pre-authorisation, which we close/unblock on the day of departure, after checking the apartment.The banks then take over, and in some cases it may take several days for the deposit to appear in the bank account, or even not at all. Really liked the room/space of the whole apartment. The front desk staff were really nice. The only downside was the wifi was awful. Thankfully they had a meeting room with a booster so that we could do some work.

Would stay again.
Decent accommodation for the price. Apartment style suited for less services which was fine for me. The location was great. The suite was spacious. The property and furnishings are dated. The shower was my least favourite part of the experience but the water was hot.

Hébergement impeccable, propre et bien situé. Personnel aimable et de bon conseil pour le stationnement qui malheureusement est payant partout, comme dans toutes les villes ! A proximité immédiate de tout (transport, supermarché, ville ...) Seul petit bémol, la douche qui n'est pas très pratique car la salle d'eau (avec WC) est vite "innondée". Je recommande cet établissement.

L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé, proche de la Garonne et des quartiers Esquirol et Carmes, très agréables. La communication s'est bien passée : envoi, dans les temps, des infos pour accéder à la chambre après la fermeture de l'accueil. Le chauve est plutôt confortable, bien équipée. Il manque juste quelques échantillons de café et/ou thé pour rendre le séjour plus sympa !

Appartement mit Kleinküche, sehr ruhig mit kleinem Balkon in einem Lichtschacht (nicht sehr einladend); auf dem rauchen verboten ist. Personal sehr freundlich, Kaution wurde problemlos zurückerstattet.

Good location and facilities apartment
Good location apartment within walking distance of most city centre attractions, we liked the coffee pods machine in the apartment option as well as all kitchen facilities provided, although we used only the fridge. Would definitely recommend and stay in their other apartments seeing they have in another 9 locations throughout France.

Apartment style property was nice so we could have some light meals in our room to reduce travel costs by not eating out for every meal. Location was excellent, within walking distance of the train and several metro & tram stations. Also very close to the Garonne River, with great walks and scenery close by.
