快適なホテル
駅から歩いて5分ほどで，レストラン街やキャピタルなどにも近くて便利な場所にある．朝食のメニューも豊富である．フロントの対応がとても良かった．駅周辺とホテル前で道路工事が行なわれていて，やや歩きにくい．

中心地からは少し歩きますが、徒歩可能距離。何よりマタビオ駅から近く、トゥールーズを拠点に電車で観光・移動するのにとても便利。空港までUBARで€18～20くらい。 ホテルの室内は広く、アメニティも充実。ネスプレッソがあるのもいいですね。 朝食も程よく種類がありおいしかったです。 快適すぎまた、次回もここに泊まりたい。

二度目の利用です。マタビオ駅から近く、チェックアウト後にバッグを預かって貰って、カルカッソンヌに日帰りで行き、荷物を取りに帰りにまたホテルに寄りましたが、苦にならない距離です。大通りに面していますが、夜は静かでした。

駅前のきれいなホテル！期待を裏切りません。
評価が高かったため、こちらのホテルを選びましたが、期待通り！ トゥールーズの空港からバスに乗り、ターミナルから10分以内の場所にあります。 夜に着いたため辺りは真っ暗でホテルの場所を探すのに苦労しましたが、翌日散策してみるとSNCFやメトロの駅からも徒歩5分以内で便利な場所でした。 スタッフも親切で街について詳しく説明をしてくれたり、夜遅くに着いて夕飯をホテルの下で食べましたが美味しく、第一印象も良かったです。 近代的なホテルで、デザイン性もあり、部屋もフランスにしてはやや広め。無料WIFIの繋がりも良し。バスタブやシャンプー、スリッパも配備されていて満足。 朝食付きプランでしたが、フランスの朝食とは思えないほど種類豊富で驚きました。 味もおいしい！ 繁華街にもメトロで2駅、便利な場所でした。また来訪する際は泊まりますし、周りにも勧めます！

まず、鍵をもらって部屋に入ると、清掃係の女性がソファーに座ってテレビを見てました！！ 部屋のアメニティは毎日何かが不足している状態で、その都度電話して持って来てもらいました。 チェックアウト前日(日曜日)、クリーニングを出しましたが、通常9:00までに出すと夜出来上がるはずが、夜持って来ないのでフロントに尋ねると日曜日はクリーニングが休みとのこと。「出すとき何も言われなかった」と言うと、クリーニングに出す前そのままの状態のものを探して返されました。気がつかなかったら受け取れないところでした。 でもフロントやレストランのスタッフはいつも笑顔で感じが良かったし、朝食も素晴らしかったです。 清掃係が仕事できない印象。

初めてのトゥールーズ訪問で高評価のこちらに1泊しました。デザイナーズホテルでお洒落です。 部屋は広くて清潔、バスタブ付きで非常に快適！文句なしでこちらを予約して良かったです。 駅まで歩いて2・3分のため、カルカッソンヌやバルセロナに行くのに便利です。 あとフロントの男性スタッフが素晴らしかったです。レストランの場所を聞くとこちらからお願いしなくても予約してくれたり荷物などの対応もきめ細やくてスピーディー、時々ジョークを言って笑わせてくれたりと、彼のおかげで快適で楽しい滞在になりました。感謝です！ トゥールーズの人達は優しいし、良い町だったのでまた再訪したいです。 もちろんその時はこちらに宿泊します。本当にありがとうございました！

駅に近く清潔で心ときめくホテル
とてもおしゃれな外観、内装のホテルですが、見掛け倒しで使いにくいようなところは全くなく、とても快適に過ごしました。タオルやバスタオルもフカフカ、使い捨てのスリッパも立派で気持ちよかったです。朝ご飯も種類豊富でとても美味しかったです。トゥールーズの観光、出張にオススメです。

なるほど５つ星、歴史地区にも遠くない
部屋の清潔さ、設備、ロビー、レストラン、すべてなるほど５つ星と思える高いレベル。とくにレストランは味がよく、ルームサービスもがっかりさせられることはない。駅から歩ける距離にあり、Ｔｏｕｌｏｕｓｅの歴史地区にも歩いて15分程度の好立地。

駅近で観光に便利
空港からバスで駅まで行き、歩いてスグです。途中、バスからも確認できます。スタッフもかなり洗練されているように思えました。チェックインの時の若いスタッフの男性ですが、翌日も私の部屋をちゃんと覚えていました。近寄りすぎず､離れすぎず客との距離感がいいです。ガイドブックではわからないのですが、たいていの旅行者は徒歩で駅からキャピトル広場まで行っていましたので駅近に泊まって徒歩で旧市街観光、鉄道を使ってカルカッソンヌへのトリップと利便性に優れてお勧めです。部屋も広いし、窓も広い。初めて使ったアイロンは洗濯物を早く乾かせてありがたい。朝食も申し分なく、質、種類ともに満足。ゆったり感とリッチな気分を味わえていい滞在でした。

すばらしい
とにかく素晴らしいの一言です．部屋は広く，とても清潔感があります．隣の部屋の音が聞こえるなどは全く無く，エアコンも完備されています．．バスタブがなくシャワーしかないのが少し残念ですが，冷蔵庫もあり快適に過ごせます．国鉄，地下鉄の駅にも旧市街にも近く，観光にもすごく便利です．ホテルのスタッフは，皆フレンドリー，親切で，プロとしても完ぺきです．買物，レストラン，観光(移動)手段その他なんでも完璧に答えてくれます．素晴らしかったです．

Politique de Pre Authorisation Horrible!
Première fois en France qu’un hôtel me demande un pre authorisation de carte bancaire supérieure au prix de la chambre! Incapable de me montrer les conditions générales de vente! On me répond que c’est le principle de l’hôtel! Dans ce cas faut l’afficher ouvertement sur le site!

El hotel está muy bien. Cerca del centro ( a 10 minutos caminando) aunque en un lugar más tranquilo. Las instalaciones bastante bien. El restaurante muy bien. Nos quedamos dos noches y olvidaron hacer la habitación.

This was a great place to stay in Toulouse, it’s a bit out of the old city but still easy to get anywhere. The staff was very nice and helpful - I was only in Toulouse for a very short time and they sent me to great restaurants and how to get around the city. Room was really nice with a mini fridge, water and hot pot and clean! I left the city with a great feeling about the people and place due to the people at this hotel!

Hotel is conveniently located near the train station. It is a nice hotel but they don't maintain the equipment in the gym. The multi-station equipment in the gym is broken for a long time. They didn't fix it. This is unacceptable for a supposedly "5 ⭐' hotel.
