THE ACCOMMODATION
One-bedroom apartment (T2) of 32 m² located on the 1st floor with no elevator. It consists of a living area with sofa and television, an open-plan equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee machine), a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and storage, and a shower room with shower and toilet. A private balcony with table and chairs completes the apartment.
Bed linen and 1 large towel per person are provided and included in the price. Regardless of the length of stay, there is no linen change. An additional linen kit is available for €15 if needed.

PARKING
Outdoor parking space included within the residence. Free parking, not assigned to the apartment.

LOCATION
Apartment located outside the hyper-center of Toulouse, in a quiet residential area. Ideal for travelers with a car and for business stays. Close to the Cépière Racecourse, La Ramée Golf Course, and Zénith Toulouse Métropole.

TRANSPORTATION
Bus stop (line 67) at the entrance of the residence. Access to the city center by public transport or by car. Toulouse–Blagnac Airport approximately 10 minutes by car.

Quiet neighborhood but far from the city center and walkable shops.
Shops mainly accessible by car.
