🍳 **Fully equipped kitchen**: Oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher... Everything has been designed to make you feel right at home!

🔥 **Cozy atmosphere in winter** with a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings.
🌿 **Furnished Outdoor Space**: Enjoy the sunny terrace and the **small swimming pool (3x2m, 1.40m deep)**, open from juillet to the end of October. Perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing!
🛌 **Linens Provided & Housekeeping**:
- We provide **bed linen** and **bath towels**, so you can travel light!
- To limit additional costs, **we do not charge a cleaning fee**. We therefore ask that guests leave the premises clean and tidy upon departure, respecting the house.
- For added comfort, a **cleaning option is available for €100**, please specify when booking.
🕒 **Physical Reception & Arrival Times**:
We would like to welcome you in person to hand over the keys and show you around the house.
- Arrivals are possible between **5 p.m. and 8 p.m.**.
- In case of late arrival or special needs, please contact us in advance to find a solution.
