Comfortable stay and friendly staff. Location was conveniently located next to center of town. Room could use some updating, particularly the uneven floor and well-worn carpet, and most especially the toilet (room 117), which was mounted to the wall rather than the ground and worryingly creaked and and showed signs of disconnecting from the wall (caulking splitting) everytime it bore weight. But overall we had an enjoyable and restful stay, thank you!

Un très bon endroit à Toulouse

Juste un peu déçu de ne pas y trouver de piscine, ni de sauna. Juste un hamam était présent. J’ai testé un massage. Excellent ! Le restaurant est un très bon gastronomique. Parfait. L’ensemble du personnel est aux petits soins et particulièrement aimable et efficace.

Not 5 Stars hotel

Stayed there for 4 nights, not worth €200 per night for the Superior room. carpet has a large patch of stain and it looks dirty, room lighting dark,dull and not pleasant , large bathroom area and the mattress were the pluses. No way it’s 5 stars hotel.

Great hotel. I highly Recommend. The staff is super polite and professional. The city’s key landmarks are within walking distance. There’s also a bakery and grocery store about 100meters from the hotel, which made buying whatever I needed to eat really easy.

Parfait, tout simplement parfait.

Je n'ai jamais été déçu par mes séjours dans des hôtels de l'enseigne MGallery. Une fois de plus, tout a été parfait : la localisation idéale pour visiter le centre-ville de Toulouse à pied, la belle et grande chambre confortable et bien équipée, le personnel serviable, efficace et agréable, le bar à cocktails, la belle cour, le restaurant gastronomique... J'ai beau chercher, je ne trouve aucun défaut. Ah si, mais c'est commun à la plupart des hôtels de ce standing : le petit déjeuner buffet est à un prix beaucoup trop élevé quand on se contenterait d'un simple café / croissant pour démarrer la journée.

Presque un 5 étoiles !

Bel hôtel certes avec un bon petit déjeuner mais peu de personnel . Notre chambre était grande avec un belle salle de bain mais certaines sont justes.Il faut par contre enlever les moquettes. Ce n’est pas sain et la nôtre avait une tâche ! il manque un jacuzzi et/ou une piscine intérieure et/ou un sauna. Le spa est uniquement un hammam !!Je dirais donc un bon quatre mais pas un cinq étoiles…
