Pire séjour de ma vie.

Le personnel n'est pas aimable et compréhensible. J'ai été traité comme un voleur. La chambre était très petite et sale. Je n'avais pas d'eau chaude en hiver. Le petit déjeuner est extrêmement limité. Je déconseille vivement.

chambre très spartiate, environnement très bruyant et pas d'isolation entre les chambres. Le petit déj est très limité et ne démarre qu'à 7H. Pas possible de prendre un repas sur place. Ménage laissant à désirer. Accueil premier premier soir très cordial, par contre les autres jours pas agréable : à peine une salutation.

Je déconseille cet hôtel pour les personnes qui veulent essayer de dormir. Venir dans cet établissement vous exposerez au bruit incessant et continu d’un appareil digne d’un marteau piqueur. Véritablement infernal !!! La seule solution ....les boules kies

Hôtel très bien situé pour se balader en ville accès aux transports en commun etc et pourtant très calme grâce aux chambres qui donnent sur un patio ! Personnel hyper gentil Lieu très propre et petit déjeuner bon rapport qualité prix On reviendra!!!!

L’hôtel est bien situé pour visiter Toulouse. La taille de la chambre est tt a fait correcte. dans la salle de bain : - des cheveux au sol - miroir sale - odeur d'humidité - WC non fixés - Pas d’eau chaude - mal insonorisé ( vous entendez le capteur du couleur qui déclenche ls lumière à chaque passage ainsi que les conversations des voisins)

L’isolation des murs est égale à une feuille de cigarette, on entend les autres chambres tant sur les discussions que sur les sanitaires... chambre donnant sur un petit patio avec d’autre fenêtre juste à côté. Peu d’eau chaude et sans pression.. personnellement je n’y retournerai pas...

Great budget spot close to center

The location is fantastic especially for the price point. Only downside is that the shower literally takes 15 minutes to even get warm, but it got there.

A good base to explore Toulouse

I visited Toulouse as had never been before and had seen a lot of good things about it. The hotel, in itself, was fine. 2 stars, not very expensive. It was easy to get to from the bus / train station, about half a kilometre, and practical for going in to the Centre (Capitole etc), about a kilometre, if that. The hotel was clean and tidy, not luxurious, but you get what you pay for, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast (but had no fruit, which I would have liked). The bed was not particularly comfortable for someone with back problems like me. The shower took ages to warm up and took a lot of fiddling around with before getting the right heat, by which time, I'd finished. Also, I found having the towel rail in front of the basin slightly painful for my back as you have to bend further over the basin. I also suffered from food poisoning from eating infected tapas in town while there, so spent more time in the room than I would normally have done.
