"Hair all over the blankets. When we asked them for more pillows they said “f*** you bye”. All we did is politely ask for pillows yet they cursed at us and shut the phone in our face. "

"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

"Very close to the train station with a parking garage. No AC. Loud with the window open to the taxi stand and bus station below - but bed was comfortable"

"Hotel was very clean and conveniently located in very nice part of the city. Staff were very kind and the rooms were excellent. Also one of the few places in Germany with AC. Price point was great definitely will stay here again ."

"The apartment was very big, a separate bedroom and bathroom. A big living room with open and well equipped kitchen. Close to the tram to visit the city centre. On walking distance of the Bandhaus for nice gigs. Nice staff. We would recommend this excellent apartment hotel Lindeneck!"
