Set on the hillside above Lake Garda, this contemporary villa for 6, makes the ideal retreat for family or friends. Just 5 minutes from the charming town of Toscolano Maderno, the villa is perfectly located for guests to enjoy their peaceful surroundings, but also to be close to the action.

The ground floor consists of a spacious, light-filled living space with panoramic views over the lake. The room has two separate seating areas. One offers two sofas and is next to a wood-burning stove and a TV. The second is a contemporary sofa where guests can relax and look out over the lake. Next to this is an elegant dining table for 6 people. French windows open from the dining area onto the shaded balcony. Here guests can enjoy meals al fresco with stunning views.

Back inside, the kitchen is semi-open, thanks to a large hatch, which connects it to the dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine.

A door from the kitchen leads out to a covered terrace, which connects to the other balcony. This can be used as an outdoor dining space and has a large table, as well as a brick BBQ. The rest of the pretty garden has seats and a hammock where guests can relax.

Attractive tiled stairs take guests up to the 1st floor and the bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, which has lovely lake views, has a double bed, a large wardrobe, an en suite bathroom and a bright alcove with a writing desk and French windows.
Bedroom 2: Another sunny bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, writing table and a glass door to a private balcony.
Bedroom 3: This airy bedroom has extensive storage, a single bed and a second, pull-out single bed plus a writing desk.

Location
Located on the western shores of Lake Garda, the picturesque town of Toscolano-Maderno is dotted with cypress trees, olive groves and lemon groves and has a pretty harbour bustling with colourful boats and ferries. There are many different restaurants and cafés; and for self-catering, the weekly market (Thursday morning) provides excellent local produce to cook at home.

There are several beaches nearby including Spiaggia Toscolano (8 minute drive) with a choice of water sports, including canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, sport fishing and diving. Many other activities can be practiced in the surrounding hills and mountains, including: climbing, trekking,
mountain bike trails and horse riding. There is also a golf course just 10 minutes away. Furthermore, visitors can reach the Veronese shore of the lake by boat from Salò (17 minutes by car), reach the elegant town of Gardone Riviera and visit the Vittoriale (7 minutes by car) or visit Padenghe sul Garda, known for its extra virgin olive oil and D.O.C. wines (33 minute drive).

The closest airport is Milan Bergamo, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes\' drive from the property.

Gute Lage, aber ...

Unterkunft sehr schön gelegen und relativ sauber (Hundehaare...). Wohnbereich großzügig mit moderneren Möbeln. Badezimmer sehr alt und nicht mit Fotos in der Anzeige vergleichbar. Eine Duschekabine mit Maß 70x70 cm, extrem schmaler Zugang (ca. 40cm) und für Erwachsene kaum nutzbar. Balkonstühle extrem verdreckt und ohne Auflagen. Anwohner in der Nachbarschaft mit drei Hunden, die gerne lautstark und oft im Außenbereich kläffen.
