Porto Frailis, a tourist hamlet in the municipality of Tortolì on the eastern coast of Sardinia, is offering a splendid sea-view villa for rent for the summer season, less than 80 meters from the beach. This enchanting location combines crystal-clear waters and long sandy beaches with the extraordinary, wild, and evocative natural landscapes of Sardinia's hinterland. Just a few steps away, you'll find yourself on the enchanting bay of Porto Frailis, with fine sand alternating with rocky cliffs and a deep blue sea.
The villa is spread over multiple levels, with the main entrance on the first floor, which features a private entrance and courtyard. The villa comprises a spacious and bright living area with a beautiful sea-view veranda, a kitchen with terrace, and a bathroom. From the living area, you can access the upper level, which features a bathroom and three sea-view bedrooms, one with a private bathroom. The interiors are exquisitely furnished with family pieces, and travel mementos and objects are scattered throughout. Reserved parking is available. Outdoor shower shared with the ground-floor annex. The house's location on a quiet street, just steps from the center of the marina, makes it easy to reach, even on foot, all the local shops: a supermarket, pharmacy, newsstand, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, and the bus stop connecting Porto Frailis beach to other beaches and the center of Tortolì. For electricity, the tenant is limited to a maximum of 15 kWh of free electricity per day. A €0.60 charge for each additional kWh will be added, which will be paid by the tenant. A €500 security deposit is required, which will be returned upon departure once the condition of the accommodation has been inspected. Please pay attention to waste separation; written instructions are available at the house. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. Failure to perform the cleaning properly will result in a €50 penalty, which will be deducted from your security deposit.
The ground-floor annex is rented separately.
